Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the product being delivered, provided the item meets our return conditions. To qualify for a return, products must remain unused, unopened, and in their original condition, including original packaging where applicable.

Returns requested outside the eligible return period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain items cannot be returned.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened products.
  • Products with broken seals.
  • Used items.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
  • Items returned in unsuitable condition.

As wellness products are intended for personal use, product safety remains a priority.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect product due to an error on our side, please contact AZ Minerals as soon as possible with relevant details and supporting evidence where requested.

We will review the issue and provide appropriate assistance based on the circumstances.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within the eligible return period, provided the product remains unopened, unused, and suitable for return under this policy.

Returned items must meet all stated return conditions before approval.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the return relates to a damaged item received during delivery, during error made by AZ Minerals, so cost of return handle AZ Minerals by self. If you change your mind the product return back, so customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service where appropriate, as AZ Minerals cannot accept responsibility for returns lost during transit.

Return Approval Process

Returns should not be sent without first contacting AZ Minerals for return approval. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
